You Need

We use natural vanilla powder to make our Natural Vanilla Muffins extra delicious. Our Natural Vanilla Muffins are a fantastic base for adding frozen berries, dried fruit, drained tinned fruit, or any other flavour of your choice.

Makes 24 mini or 9 medium muffins.

This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts and is vegan.

Note: To make this product vegan, you will require our Egg Substitute from our Pantry Essentials range.

⅓ cup (80mls) vegetable oil, we use sunflower oil.

1 cup + 1 Tbsp (255mls) water.

1 Tbsp (15mls) white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.

24 mini or 9 medium muffin tray.

Icing not included.

Gluten-free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), sugar, natural vanilla flavour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, guar gum, salt, acidity regulator (450)).
