Gluten Free Vanilla Muffin mix
For these delicious vanilla muffins we use a beautiful natural vanilla powder to give them a sumptuous vanilla flavour. They are egg free as well as being gluten, dairy, soy and nut free.
Just add oil, water and vinegar (we use white vinegar, or cider vinegar for dairy allergy sufferers) then bake.
These muffins are a fantastic base to add frozen berries, dried fruit, drained tinned fruit, or any other flavour of your choice
Makes 24 mini or 9 medium muffins.
Ingredients Include: Gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca, potato starch), sugar, natural vanilla flavour, baking powder (gluten and aluminium free), guar gum, baking soda, sea salt.
